Our modern hectic busy lifestyles are insane! There are so many distractions; honestly who has time to lose weight or go to the gym and fit yet another task into our lives. I don't even need to rant about the Internet, jobs, families, television, meetings that endlessly bombard our busy schedules. I am going to share with you the fastest and easiest way to lose weight in our modern day lifestyles and schedules.
You Need to Increase Your Metabolism
Firstly, you must increase your metabolism by eating smaller meals and never skip a chance to eat i.e. breakfast. Skipping meals puts the break on your metabolism and when you eat your bring your metabolism to life. Instead of eating two or three large meals a day, eat at least three to six small nutritious meals a day. If you're hungry have a banana or a pear, not a bag of chips! Start being a conscious eater; don't just stuff anything into your mouth.
Get Active
Incorporate some activity into your life. You can bike to work instead of drive, you can walk up the stairs instead of take the elevator - be creative! Maybe join a marathon for a good cause, but secretly to lose weight. It doesn't matter what you do, just make sure you are moving. Go salsa, go tango, go swimming, go ice skating, go rollerblading and find a friend, or better yet join a team. Make sure people are keeping you accountable; maybe even find someone to lose weight with.
Don't Forget to Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water. Your liver monitors the metabolic activities, when you drink alcohol or are dehydrated your liver is busy working on retaining water and cannot work to properly lose weight. You should be drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water, not juice, coke, energy drinks or other disgusting liquid toxins - WATER. It's so easy to do.
