1. Monitor Yourself Daily
The first quick weight loss tip is to monitor your activities daily for at least 2 weeks. This may sound strange, but being aware of what you are doing during the day will allow you to see what is helping you lose weight and what isn't. You should be diarizing meals, any exercise you are doing, time where you are stagnant are also useful. For example, if you find on average week you're eating fat greasy fast food every other meal, doing no exercise and watching lots of TV., then it's a no brainer that you need to cut down on the amount of fast food you eat, and incorporate more physical activity into your lifestyle.
2. Don't Skip Meals
This is the WORST thing that you can do when dieting. If you want quick weight loss you must eat at least 3 times a day. I actually recommend my clients eat 6 meals a day. Why is this so important? Because when you skip a meal, your metabolism, the fat burning hormone in your body slows down. If your metabolism slows down then fat is being eliminated at a slower pace. Breakfast especially is a must to kick start your metabolism in the morning.
3. Prepare More Meals at Home
Another quick weight loss tip is to prepare and eat at home more often. Not only will you be saving lots more money, but you will know exactly what you are putting into your system. At restaurants and fast food joints the food tastes great but for the wrong reasons. Tons of butter, salt, MSG and oil is being added to your meal to make it taste good. Unfortunately, it isn't good for you and will help you gain rather than lose weight.
