The Chaos of the Correct Fat Loss & Fitness Method

The health and fitness industry is a billion dollar a year industry and no wonder considering the statistics on obesity. However there still seems to be a fair bit of chaos as one product claims results in one area and then another says it can happen even faster and it continues to have people overwhelmed on what is the correct method to go about achieving the body they desire.

You can walk into any gym, in fact I was only talking with a friend last night how he attends a gym and has seen the same people attend for so many years and there body shape is still the same. Some people are working out with little sweat or no sweat at all hoping to burn some calories or build big biceps.

When talking with these people they are also trying the latest fad diet strategy that was shown on television with proven results with the promise to burn fat and increase muscle size. Or they are spending thousands of dollars on plastic surgeons or dietary supplements for the miracle or quick fix.

We also have people monitoring the scale if it goes up, they beat themselves up and think I must have done something wrong or if it goes down wow I'm on the right track. This is what most fitness instructors guide people to use as a measure of success, then with so many methods to train and following the rules of the weight loss program what happens is it tends to leave people in a state of pressure or complete overwhelm.

Now its easy to give up and end up losing site of what they wanted to achieve in the first place being the correct fat loss and fitness program to apply to there life for the long term. You see there are simple basic strategies that work and many people don't know about, or forget and very few actually apply them.

To achieve fat loss and increase in fitness is simple, but we seem to miss things that are too simple and go for what is hard only to sabotage our success and prove to ourselves it doesn't work. You see the two areas in the health and fitness industry is weight loss, weight management centers like jenny craig, weight watches, and all your diet plans and then there is the gyms or personal training studios pushing the exercise. Now for the method of fat loss and fitness, if you decide on a weight loss program which is changing your diet you will lose fat initially in the short term and get results and if you continue following the style of eating long term then it will last. However normally it's only temporary, so people end up going back or finding another solution until that works and the cycle continues.

This is the major issue and instability of the fat loss and fitness method that is being experience by the majority of the population. People are jumping from one thing to another instead of sticking to one thing and going with it on what really works.

In layman terms, people are exercising for long hours, trying to follow an unrealistic diet plan, being inactive, not motivated and have given up.

If they focused on increased energy and vitality for the long term, a plan to make exercise a part of there life, and didn't focus on the fat loss they would find it easier to apply the correct fat loss and fitness method.

The correct method to apply is eat like a hunter gatherer, a diet rich in energy dense foods like fruits and vegetables, lean meats and quality complex carbohydrates, include interval training as part of the aerobic exercise and brief progressive resistance training, drink plenty of water and have quality sleep and rest. The students of the fat burning furnace program do this and are reaping the life long health and fitness rewards. Are you?
