Did you know that what you eat can actually make a huge difference in weight loss? The foods to eat to lose weight are some what a mix of things that you already know. But its important to know of these three very simple foods because they can go a long way with a proper diet.
Food Number One:
OK well this is actually a group of foods but will do the same for you. The first fat fighting foods are actually those high in fiber that will result in suppressed hunger which will make you eat less throughout the day. Some good examples of these would be Oatmeal, Cereal, nuts, fresh fruits and raisins. My personal favorite here is Oatmeal because its very high in fiber and has almost no fat. What I'm talking about here is the actual Quaker Brand thats Old fashioned style. This is one of the best foods to eat to lose weight in my opinion because it leaves you with a refreshing yet full feeling. I advise that you eat this early in the morning for best results.
Food Number Two:
OK so this isn't really a food but I had to include it. The second food of choice is actually water! Yes thats right, just plain clean water will do the trick. The reason I'm telling you this is because your body actually sometimes mistakes its hunger for thirst. A lot of times when you think you are hungry you are actually just hungry. So the next time you get done with a meal and still feel hungry try to increase your water intake to see what happens. Water also flushes out fats and toxins from your body, so you need water to lose weight.
Food Number Three:
Fresh Fruits and Veggies can help you lose weight if you snack on them throughout the day. They are high in fiber and low in fat, plus they are just really good for you. Take out a carrot stick to snack on 3 times a day to crave that hunger.
