It has been shown that fasting is one of the best ways to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. It is also great for enhancing your mood, increasing your energy, and burning fat fast. These are only a few of the many benefits that intermittent fasting has to offer, but these should be plenty to convince you that you need to try this method for yourself!

Intermittent fasting is actually very easy to do, as long as you can get used to skipping a meal or two every day. Don't worry, because this means that you can eat more when it does come time for you to eat. Intermittent fasting does not require you to count calories, change the foods you eat or even participate in an exercise routine. All of the benefits of fasting come directly from the time you spend not eating food. Basically, the longer you can go without eating, the more benefits you will experience. If you can shorten the amount of time you spend eating on a daily basis, you will experience a great number of benefits. The easiest way to do this is to skip breakfast, since that will increase the amound of time you are fasting. For very fast results, skip breakfast and lunch, and eat all your food within a window of 4 to 8 hours. If you can spend at least 16 hours fasting every day, you will be sure to experience a ton of weight loss and many other health benefits.
